We're a growing shop, and we're constantly adding new brands as we vet them. If there's a specific model you're looking for, email liz@primegrillco.com — we may be able to special-order it, or point you in the right direction.
Most grills ship within 5–10 business days, directly from the manufacturer via white-glove freight straight to your driveway. Larger units may take 2–3 weeks. You'll get tracking the moment it leaves the warehouse. Questions about a specific model's timing? Email liz@primegrillco.com and we'll pull the details.
Every grill comes with the manufacturer's warranty (details listed on each product page). If something goes wrong, email liz@primegrillco.com and we'll help walk you through the claim. You won't be fighting the manufacturer alone.
Most of our products carry a 30-day return window if the grill is unused. Once assembled, most manufacturers don't accept returns (freight is expensive). If you're on the fence about a specific model, email liz@primegrillco.com before buying — we'll help you decide before you spend the money.
