Hello, we're Kale, Liz, and our two sons. We're a military family, and we've lived in the desert of New Mexico, the sandy beaches of Hawaii, the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, and now Las Vegas — and in every one of those places, the fastest way to turn strangers into friends was to fire up a grill and invite them over.
But — here's the part nobody warns you about — the grill has to be the kind you can trust with prime cuts, every weeknight, every weekend, every time.
How prime grill Co was ignited
During one of Kale's deployments, Liz was at a month-long Airbnb in Clearwater, Florida with our two boys. She fired up the patio grill one night to make burgers — simple enough. Except this grill looked like it predated the Bush administration. When she opened the lid to check on the patties, flames shot up and turned them into charcoal bricks before dinner even started.
You could smell the disappointment in the air at dinner that night — and yes, it smelled a bit charred. Liz made a decision then: never again would we be at the mercy of a useless grill ruining good meat.
A few months later, the first Traeger arrived — and it was like the angels came down on every cut. Chicken, pork, steak, even the burgers — everything came out tender, flavorful, restaurant-quality. Liz loves the ease. Our family loves the flavor. And we'd never go back. Prime Grill Co. is what came out of that moment.
